Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Trozily ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit or buy from trozily.shop, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep this policy in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email support@trozily.shop and a person will answer.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number (where you provide one) and the contents of your order. When you contact support, sign up for our email list, or leave a product review, we collect what you send us.

Payment information. We do not see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's encrypted checkout. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card and its brand.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the store we collect device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and timestamps. This comes from cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

2. How we use your information

  • To process, fulfil, ship and track your order.
  • To send transactional messages: order confirmation, shipping notification, delivery updates, and replies to your enquiries.
  • To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and other misuse of the store.
  • To improve the store: which products people look at, where checkout fails, which pages load slowly.
  • To send marketing emails, but only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
  • To comply with tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations.

3. Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK visitors)

  • Performance of a contract — processing your order and delivering it to you.
  • Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, store security, and understanding how the store is used, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — keeping transaction records for the period tax law requires.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who work on our behalf:

  • Payment processors, to take payment and process refunds.
  • Fulfilment partners and warehouses, to pick, pack and dispatch your order.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
  • Our ecommerce platform and email provider, to run the store and send order messages.
  • Analytics providers, to measure store performance.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and session working and cannot be switched off without breaking the store. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional; where the law requires it we ask for your consent before setting them. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of checkout may stop working if you block essential cookies.

6. How long we keep your information

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically up to seven years. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

7. International transfers

We sell to customers worldwide and our service providers may be located outside your country. Where personal data leaves the EEA or the UK, it is transferred under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right stands.

To exercise any of these, email support@trozily.shop from the address you used to order. We respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for making a request or treat you differently for making one. EEA and UK residents also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.

9. Children

The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Traffic to and from the store is encrypted with TLS. Payment details go directly to our payment processor and never reach our systems. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and answer support. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the store.
